Tourist attractions, suppliers and places worth visiting
There are approximately fifty dams on the Tennessee River and its tributaries, built as part of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) project. We haven't visited any of these dams.
The TVA also administers the Land Between The Lakes, a peninsula of woodland with various visitor facilities located between two artificial lakes in western Tennessee and Kentucky.
