Utah State Road 95: The Bicentennial Highway

This road runs between Hanksville and Blanding in southeastern Utah.

Although we haven't driven this road, I have read several descriptions which highly praise its scenery.

The road crosses the Colorado River at the northern end of Glen Canyon/Lake Powell, and it also runs past Natural Bridges National Monument.

I believe that the road's name was chosen since it was opened during the bicentennial year of either the USA or Utah.
